• Prices are exclusive of local taxes (€ 3.00 per pers./day).
  
  
• There is a surcharge for short stays unitl 4 days
  
  
• Use of the sauna, steam bath and infrared cabins is included.
  
  
• Double room rates are per person & day and includes breakfast.
  
  
• The following discounts are available for an additional bed:
  < 2 years old: 100 %
  2 - 5 years old: 50 %
  6 - 14 years old: 40 %
  Aged 15 and over: 25 %
  
  
• Apartment rates are per apartment and day and already include final cleaning. The surcharge for additional beds is dependent on age and on the season.
  
  
• Our cancellation conditions:
  - 3 months before arrival: free
  - 3 months – 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
  - 1 month – 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
  - Within the last week or in the event of no-show: 90 % cancellation fee
  
  
• Please be aware that in the event of premature departure or late arrival overnight stays will be charged as per the booking effected!
  
  
• Check-in: from 2.00 pm, Check-out: until 11.00 am
  
  
• To avoid incurring any unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Further information available at: www.europaeische.at
